The brief
Alex has spent twenty years getting records onto Radio 1 and Radio 2, and his pitch is the list of names he did it for. He needed a site that made that list the first thing anyone saw, and made getting in touch effortless.
What I built and why.
The names first
The artists he has worked with open the page, because that is the proof an artist or a manager is looking for.
Then the stations
Straight after the artists comes the list of stations he gets records onto. Together they answer the two questions a visitor arrives with.
One email address
No forms and no funnel. The page ends on a single address, so an enquiry is one tap away.
Hand-built, no framework
One page of plain HTML and CSS, with nothing to download beyond the page itself. It opens instantly on a bad signal, like the one in a tour van.
Simon was extremely professional and delivered a fantastic website, and the turnaround was very quick too.
Result
Since the new site went live Alex has had more enquiries and more work. In his words, it “has definitely improved work and visibility”, and the people he deals with keep telling him how good it looks.
